So I have been trying out the new SparkCoach for the last two weeks. I am been in a rut for the last few month or so, so I am hoping with this added focus each morning, I can get myself back on track. The kids have started back to school so this next week is a good time to get into a good routine. My husband has been struggling with his own journey as he has been recovering from some back issues. My hope is that we can work on some of our goals together beginning this week.
I have also joined Bob Harper's Fitness club to add some variety of workouts. I am doing this to add variety but also it will be more cost and time effective.
Tomorrow I plan to post my goals for the week. Off to kids soccer games this morning!
