It's been a busy week so this is the first time I've been able to get on here and write. I am still exercising everyday for at least 20 minutes. It's not much but a great start for me. I have lost 5lbs. in the last 2 weeks since starting and I really haven't been eating as well as I should. My calories have ranged from 1350 a day all the way to 2300. That was 2 days this week. On the other days I ranged from 1450 to 1800. So I know I still need some work in that area. I have set my "calories burned" goal for the week at 1460 and this week I burned 1532. My weight loss goal for this month is to loose 8 lbs this month. I am going to Atlanta to see my sisters and my mom & dad and want to be at my goal weight for the month by the time I go on Aug. 30th. So I will continue to work on myself everyday from head to toe. By head, I mean my mindset because that's really where it all starts. I am beginning to realize that, for me, I have replaced all my other addictions from the past into food. Now it's time to break that one addiction and get addicted to being healthy and physically fit. As long as I don't take it too far. I know.
