Needing the motivation.

It's hard to look at the past posts and see that I haven't come far from them. I still have a hard time fitting in my work outs and being motivated. I am going for run, it is 5:33 am. I have a month of help from my mother of taking care of the girls and I hope with that it can help better give me the opportunity to go running. I've given up on finding someone to go running with. I know one of my hardest challenges is diet. It's been a while since I was able to get on sparks, and now with the menu outline I'll get back to watching my caloric intake. I still haven't given up on the idea of losing weight. I am just more realistic with it. I know twenty pounds isn't a unrealistic goal to take on and I know it just takes me sticking to it. Hopefully with a little bit of coaching from myself and the time I have to myself I can get some where!
