Another early morning Insanity DVD done and dusted. Plyo Cardio Circuit again. It actually felt a lot better than the first time I did it 3 days ago, maybe because I knew what to expect this time and I knew what moves were coming. Still trying to master the plank moves towards the end though: they are killer! I have to take 10 second breaks here and there during those different plank moves, but all in all I'm getting through and I know I'm pushing myself to my limit.
Went out with 2 of my girls last night. Had such a laugh. We went to a Chinese restaurant which is owned by Jimmy Choo. It was lush. I got chicken skewers for starter, and then an aubergine and minced chicken for main. And instead of the rice I got a massive bowl of broccoli and used that as my base. It was sooooo nice. My friends got egg fried rice with their mains, but they kept stealing my broccoli. I think they realised I had the right idea lol I did have 2 gin and slimline tonics (whilst the other 2 shared a bottle of wine) which is my go-to drink on low carb. I had a great night.
Got another jam packed day today. Meeting the girls in the afternoon to go have a picnic in Hyde Park and then we've got a party to go to tonight. So I'm really glad I was in bed by midnight last night, up to do my DVD and now go to badminton, and just do what I need to do before the fun times begins later. Looking forward to it. The sun is shining in London, which is very rare: I better make the most of it
