I love the feeling of stretching the muscles to the limit without over doing it. I love the feeling of accomplishment when I have finished another exercise class. I love to walk for 90 minutes at night and wonder if I am going to be able to keep up the pace and soon I find I am home.
Lack of exercise is not a problem for me. I like the outdoors and I like to challenge myself. Unfortunately, food is the problem. I also love to eat. Today I logged my foods for the second day in a row. Because I exercised early in the day, I ran out of steam in the early afternoon and wanted chocolate to pick me back up!!! I decided to rest instead. After an hour on the couch, I had one low-fat zucchini brownie and 20 ounces of water. I stayed within calorie range. Yeah me!
