The challenge is going better than I was expecting. I have had lots of temptations and have given in to NONE!! Stayed in calorie range! Went to a chinese buffet today and managed to stay on track. I got some crab, veggie delight ( only ate a few bites of this and noticed a shiny yellow spot underneat- Butter!) . It was nice to leave a place like that not feeling like crap for eating so much!

I've resisted bbq, pizza, milkshakes, bacon, meatloaf, and the chinese!!

I think the temptation was more from habit than the taste.

Only 1 day not getting a gallon of water this week.

I'm feeling FANTASTIC!! I've got energy.


I'm still on the Chalean/ Turbo Fire hybrid and have not missed a workout, but am wondering if I need to just do Chalean a round. The fire is a challenge, I'm having to modify most of it. I hate to stop and start something else when I've been on a roll with something. Dont want to break my momentum.


And I've lost 3.4lbs so far!!
