Weight:
239.8 lbs

Exercise:
250 calories - 4 miles walk during work

Food:
Breakfast - 300 calories (oatmeal with raisins and brown sugar)
Snack - 100 calories (banana)
Lunch - 250 calories (3 cups veggies, 1/2 orange, 3 crackers)
Dinner - 800 calories (salad, 8 coconut shrimp, 1 mai tai)
Dessert - 300 calories (ice cream, brownie, fudge)

Emotions:
I am sooo happy to be back under the 240s. Although, I am kinda nervous that my girls night out after work may have trumped my happiness for tomorrow morning. But I have been eating well and I ate healthy most of the day. I did skip my evening run to go to dinner and a movie with a group of girls, but I feel that I needed a night off to just have fun and get my mind off of dieting and having to exercise all the time. I can not spend my entire life being nit-picky every single minute of my life, there has to be a balance. So tonight was my fun night and I'm okay with that.
