I can't believe that this week is almost over. I had a great day at work and accomplished some items that I have been putting off for a couple of weeks now. Not to mention that there was one person off, so their load got pushed on to me. Great work week in all.
After work I decided to go for a walk around the complex and then on the treadmill at the fitness center and walk back home. I ended up walking on the treadmill for about 20 minutes and walking around the complex and back home for about 28 minutes. I felt great. I realized that on the walk that there is no reason why I shouldn't be outside walking more often. I could most likely make outside 3-4 days a week. I figured that I could be out there M-W-F when I don't have my kids and M-W-Sa when I do have my kids. On Saturdays, I'll make them go with me, even if they don't want to.
So after my walking I did, I came home and finished my salad from lunch. I knew I had to stop at the library and get gas in my car. After I did those 2 things, I came home and worked out to a DVD for about 20 minutes. Then I had my "stuffed cabbage" strata from the Biggest Loser cookbook. I feel great. I wish I would have been doing this all summer long.
