I have never been able to do a pull up, EVER! I have always been pretty athletic, but upper body strength was something that I didn't really possess...all the strength came from my legs.
We have a pull up bar at home, so today, determined to add strength training to the routine, I tried it. Nope, still couldn't do one. Instead of getting frustrated, I'm now DETERMINED! I went online, downloaded a pull up program and printed it off.
My goal is to be able to do one pull up by next week. I can do this, oh yeah!
