Cardio Power & Resistance was the workout today. I found the workout harder than usual. That's what I like about Insanity. You can think you've finally conquered it and it'll be a piece of cake, but when you can do more and you do push harder, the workout becomes even more difficult. It's almost like you can never have an easy workout (unless you don't give it your all) because the more you are able to do, the more the program demands you do. Does that make sense? Anyway, it kicked my butt this morning!
