Insanity - Day 19

Cardio Power & Resistance was the workout today. I found the workout harder than usual. That's what I like about Insanity. You can think you've finally conquered it and it'll be a piece of cake, but when you can do more and you do push harder, the workout becomes even more difficult. It's almost like you can never have an easy workout (unless you don't give it your all) because the more you are able to do, the more the program demands you do. Does that make sense? Anyway, it kicked my butt this morning!

    I have the same issue. I was starting to wonder what I was doing wrong since some days I feel like I have more stamina than others. Then, yesterday I had a great workout and felt like I kicked its @ss. Lol. Feels great to be reminded that I'm making progress. You're doing so great!

    That makes complete sense! If it gets too easy, then I guess we're not pushing ourselves hard enough. That's what I love about Insanity; it's about personal limits and pushing yourself to your personal ability, not trying to keep up with the guys on the DVD or anyone else. And the more you do it, the more you keep pushing. One day, I hope I'll be able to do every single exercise at the same pace as Shaun T. One day!
