It's been a week

I am surprised how interesting it is to me to actually count calories. For years all I worried about (when I cared) was how much sugar was in food. this is pretty cool, and it seems to be working

  I've been using SparkPeople since the middle of August and I've lost 15 pounds! It's been fairly easy because I've been in the right frame of mind, sure hope it continues for at least 15 more pounds!!! I'm really enjoying learning how many calories are in the food I eat, it's been at least 12-14 years since I've paid attention to calories. This site seems to have the right motivation and rewards for me!!!

    Good for you. It's very helpful as you find out how many calories are attached to which foods, etc.
