Hot Hot Hot here but no humidity. Having fun with our dear friends. Last night was my stepson's CD release party and it was a great time. Had a ball. the Theater had a great turn out as well. It really paid off that my DH made us listen to the CD for hours while sitting around the pool in Mexico.....I was able to sing along as I knew many of the words.
Been very proud of my eating so far and have been able to say "no" to many tempting things that my girlfriend would have me eating. I am reading labels and am a bit shocked to see many hidden sugars and such in the foods. When we come to the states I am always so amazed at all the food and isles at the food stores. In Mexico, we go to the weekly open aired market and then to one little grocery store for other stuff. So much to distract you and temp you in the states.
