Breakfast: whole wheat toast, cheddar cheese and turkey bacon, milk
Lunch: Oikos strawberry greek yogurt, Polly-o string cheese
Snack: graham crackers and peanut butter, milk
Dinner: Homemade stew: chicken, carrots, broccoli, butter beans and red kidney beans, corn
Dessert: Pinkberry frozen yogurt with coconut, almonds and mochi
