R2 C1 D5 -- not hungry

So for the second day in a row I'm not feeling hungry at all. I did eat one piece of fruit this morning, then a slice of turkey breast around noon, but just can't make myself eat. I have a headache and I'm tired (of course the tired probably comes from waking up two hours earlier than I have most of the summer for the past 3 days). I'm sitting here thinking 'I know I need to fix dinner' but nothing sounds even remotely appealing. Turkey Taco Salad? Turkey Salsa burgers? chicken stir fry? All sound like too much work (although there is nothing difficult about any of them).
emoticon but I have drank two 32 ounce cups of water and one of iced green tea (yes 32 ounces worth) and actually still feel thirsty.

    Okay, a little better this evening. I did eat finally. A large salad with mushrooms, carrots, cucumbers, bell peppers, hard boiled egg, broccoli, pretty much hitting as many cycle 1 veggies as I could...and even some protein from the egg. An oil and vinegar dressing topped it off.
