I just wanted to say I'm really happy I've been on the site pretty consistently for a month now! :) Also, I'm starting to make tie to work out. Now the the first 10lbs are out of the way I just want to do everything I can to commit myself to this life style. I've been working on the stationary bike lately. I found I can do a pretty intense cardio (with resistance levels so my legs feel it later too) in just 20 mins. I've been, in 20 mins, going about 5 miles on the bike and burning about 330 calories! works for me!
Another awesome thing, I've been finding that running is starting to become easier. I never liked to run after i gained weight. I still don't "run" but I can to a quick jog up the stairs or across a short stretch without becoming winded :) as for the stairs, I live on the 3rd floor of an apartment complex with no elevator. So its me, baby, and groceries every day lol.
On another note, I've finally rewarded myself for losing 10lbs by buying a bracelet. It reads: "Dreams become reality one choice at a time" I say it at JC Penny's for $12. Worth it! It has become my constant reminder of where I was, and where I'm going.
