Slippage is what happens when life gets in the way of plans. It's the enemy of eating plans like Da Spark. It's what has happened to me the last coupla days. No, I haven't been bingeing. It's more insidious than that. I've not been tracking food properly because haven't kept a note of what I've eaten. At work, I've been at the biscuits. It hasn't helped that I was utterly broke till Wednesday, which was payday.

So tomorrow, I take a couple of hours out. I overhaul my goals. I am going to weigh myself for the last time for a couple of months. I am giving myself a strict talking to. I'm planning a week's meals.

And I am sticking like glue to my new goals and my eating plan.

Will let you know how it goes.

Utterly broke is a real problem when you are doing your best to do right by yourself.

    Come on and dig in.
I'm sure every single person has the slippage problem in some area of their life at some point in time. So guess what - this slippage problem means we are human.
I agree with Dragonchilde - that we are living better than we used to do.

The old habits aren't that far away and they are just waiting to pounce on us when we get bombarded with life in other corners.

Keep plugging away. This is not a one month vacation we are on - it's a life time journey. So please keep posting and let us know how you are doing on this journey.
Really like your blogs.

You can do this. We all slip now and again... it doesn't mean we're not still living better than we used to be, nor does it mean we can't get back up and on track again.
