Some of you may know that I've been part of a 10 week challenge here on Spark. This is the final week of the challenge and our goal this week is to blog about the past 10 weeks and how we felt.
I'll be honest and say I was not a very good team member. I started out great-- and then ended up gaining 6 lbs in 2 weeks and 10 lbs in a month. I've been back on track for the past few weeks though and have signed up for the fall challenge. I did not reach my goal for this 10 week challenge, but I will strive to do better during the fall challenge.
My sister is planning on doing a 5K with me at the beginning of October so we keep each other up to date on our workouts. It's nice to have someone along side you. I've also started the Body by Vi program during this challenge. It helps me keep myself conscious of what I'm eating. I like to have a program to follow. I've been doing 2 shakes a day and a meal. I snack in between but still count calories and try to stay withing 1200-1500 calories.
Goals for Fall challenge:
Workout 5 days per week
Lose 15 lbs
Take progress pictures
Compile a to-do list for home and finish it
Run/jog a 5K on October 7th
