    i agree about the small cheats. it can be a slow fade and depending on how many times we do that in a day ..it can all ad up. i tend to do that with my daughters food.,,,like eating the crust off her sandwich, lol.
you have motivated me to finish off the rest of my week being strict. i did bad last night and i need to make up for that anyway so even more reason to kick myself in the tush!
so happy about your raise! what a great thing and like you said..now you can pay for your trainer...yay!!
