I don't know what to do ? I have been working out and eatting healthy but only seem to gain weight and not lose it. I have started doing turbo jam again which makes me feel the pain and i hope to see results in the next month. You can check out my food log to help make any suggestion changes. I had a little set back while on vacation and know that I am back I can continue to do the right thing for my body.

ANY SUGGESTIONS would be helpfull. emoticon

    The thing that helps me the most is tracking my food and making sure that I'm staying in my calorie range every day. Also pushing the exercise everyday really helps. My body is VERY resistant to losing weight and I struggle a lot with it, but if you keep at it, you will have success!!! I just got the Insanity workout system and I think that if it doesn't kill me in the next 60 days that I might actually lose a signifigant amount of weight with it! I think that the biggest thing you can do though is make sure that you are tracking everything that you eat and drink and force yourself to get in your exercise every week. Good luck!!!!!
