So far everything is going great. Being able to track my food intake and also the workouts that I have done is really helping me. Has made me work harder to get to my goal. I have to say that it is giving me something to look forward to. I woke up this morning with a positive attitude and now that I have worked out I have a lot of energy. I feel more happier then I was and I am looking forward to the days to come.
