It is nearly time to go on holidays. I have to clean the house for the guests who will be here while we are gone. Not that they care too much, lol. It is me who cares. We are buying a geocaching GPS today as there are many caches hidden around where we will be. I voiced to my family my concern that I would not exercise enough on holiday and this was the solution. Some are accessed by hiking and others by car and others by boat! Many are multis which involve solving riddles and finding clues to the co-ordinates so you have to go multiple times to find the next clue. It will be a good family activity. As for food they are supporting me buying salad things and lots of them. I have treats planned too but hope to keep small plates handy to make good choices. As ~Indy Girl says, it is all about choices and sometimes we choose yes and sometimes we choose no. I am praying to be able to slow down and see the choices in front of me.
