So yesterday I was supposed to (well, not really, I switched my whole schedule around but after switching I was going to) run a 16 miler. I instead dilly dallied until it was really too late and hot for all that and I had errands to do so I ran 4 and did my errands.
Good news? The fridge is stocked. I weighed myself yesterday and I haven't gained weight, I'm about the same. Still. But hey, not gaining is a blessing honestly with how I've been eating lately.
Anyway, I MUST run at LEAST 11 today, 16 is better for weekend sanity. I will report back when done!
