Thursday, August 16, 2012

Well I broke down and accepted I have an illness (MS) and I need as much help as possible.

So I have a shower chair so when I feel the world is spinning I have a chair in the shower.

I have a walker with a seat my husband has one also and we are going to a walking trail with our our walkers and we will walk and seat when we are tired. emoticon

I have a 4 prone cane this helps me when I am walking to the dr's office and shopping stores and I feel like I am walking up the side of a steep mountain I have the support of the cane to stabilize me.

I want to maintain as much of my independent has possible. I rather lean on a device the anyone when and if that time comes it is ok

When the student is ready the teacher will appear. My illness it my teacher and I am learning a lot about what kind of person I am and taking care of Janet is most important focus right now.

I am doing well with my food choices and exercise to the best of my ability.

Just a update on what is going on with me.

Thank you my emoticons
