So I have about 3 alarms that I set in the morning, 5 am, 5:30 am, and 6 am. I use to get up around 5:15 am or so when my boyfriend would call me on his way to work. After we hung up, I would do one of my many workout DVD's. Since his schedule has changed, I have not been doing any DVD's in the morning. I went for about a 1.5 mile walk yesterday and felt great all day today. I'm sitting here realizing that I could have felt even better if I would have stayed up with that first alarm clock instead of sleeping until 6:30 am. I have never been a morning person, but this is something that I'll have to change and get in the habit of doing.
