I've been keeping up with all of my programs. My 28 day bootcamp is about over, so I'll need to find something new to follow. I've also been keeping up with the 5k training program. I'm currently on week 2 day 3.
I've been reaching my nutrition goals each day, or only going over slightly.
I haven't really lost as much weight as I thought I would. I'm going to be stricter on my diet.
