I have had a good week so far.

I have increased my fitness quite a bit. I am

more and have put serious minutes on my recumbent bike. I did my Jodi Stolove Sit and Tone 2x this week so far.

I think that it is helping to loosen my frozen shoulder.
My food choices were

for several days and then with a flare in my OA yesterday I reverted to easy comfort foods.

I am back on track today and only had one butterscotch muffin of the 19 that I had prepared for a friend. I am going to be back on track with my South Beach Plan tomorrow.
I am finding that the vein procedures have made it much easier for me to do exercises that involve my legs. I am glad that I agreed to follow the Dr. advice although I am ready for them to finish.
I hope to do some more fitness tonight but it is now off to meet with my Spark Coach and keep my motivation going!
