A good week!

I have had a good week so far. emoticon I have increased my fitness quite a bit. I am emoticon emoticon more and have put serious minutes on my recumbent bike. I did my Jodi Stolove Sit and Tone 2x this week so far. emoticon I think that it is helping to loosen my frozen shoulder. emoticon
My food choices were emoticon for several days and then with a flare in my OA yesterday I reverted to easy comfort foods. emoticon I am back on track today and only had one butterscotch muffin of the 19 that I had prepared for a friend. I am going to be back on track with my South Beach Plan tomorrow. emoticon
I am finding that the vein procedures have made it much easier for me to do exercises that involve my legs. I am glad that I agreed to follow the Dr. advice although I am ready for them to finish.
I hope to do some more fitness tonight but it is now off to meet with my Spark Coach and keep my motivation going! emoticon and Keep Sparkling!

    Hooray! Keep it up. I love that even if you have a minor setback in the eating spectrum, you can brush it right off and know that you'll get exactly where you want to be. Consistency!

    I am glad you had a good week. When your health doesn't want to cooperate with us it can be very hard on our emotions. In watching you go through the things you do inspires me to fight harder to get through my health issues.
