The weekend stumble

The weekend is approaching and I can't help but, feel anxious about sticking to my program. I easily follow my diet and exercise plan during my work week because I pre-plan meals and I am at work so my day is busy.

On the weekends however, I am either at home, not doing much which leads to boredom - that leads to mindless eating or I am out with family or friends which leads to eating out.

I still track but, my willpower is no where to be seen. I don't stray every weekend but; Friday, Saturday and Sunday are the days I am most likely to do so. Since this is my 3rd month counting cals and exercising - I am hoping that it will get better with time. I have also switched my work out days to Tues-Sat., so hopefully that will keep me on track as well.

Here's hoping for a good weekend! emoticon

    Well, as you know, I BOMBED this weekend. Tomorrow I am planning on going as planned like it never happened. I hope your weekend was a healthy as you wanted it to be.
