I gave birth to my son October 28, 2011.. it's now almost 10 months later and 46 lbs gone I've hit yet another slump.
I can't seem to motivate myself to work out and I'm afraid those pounds are going to start creeping back.
I have been eating reasonably healthy and it's helping but I know I need to work out so I'm not just loosing muscle..
I need a boost I need some inspiring words I need my butt kicked!!! SOMEONE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!
Please someone send some motivation my way something anything!!!!
