make your work outs a "mommy & me" session. Lol use him as a small wt. Play chase the ball, you jump rope while he's in a bouncy seat. NOW GO KICK BUTT YOUNG LADY!!!

You have heard the saying, that a mother could lift a car if her child was under it. You have the motivation to do what you need to do. You just need a plan.

My other spark page - Inner-Me has posted blogs this week re motivation, From Day 9 to Day 13, the days build on each other, you might like to check it out,

Its important to see workout as more than a means to lose weight but more as a way to keep your body in a healthy conditions to be around for and with your son. Try to find a fun active activity that you can do with your son such as dancing around with him, going for walks, doing body weight work (knee lifts, squats, kick backs, low kicks) to work your lower body while using him to do weighted lifts for your upper body. Exercise is often easier to do when its something we enjoy. So get creative and have some fun moving around with your son emoticon emoticon

Maybe exercising with your son? I've heard of exercise groups where the baby is the gym equipment. Seeing his smiling face would be a great motivator perhaps?

You know how to lose weight, your son is every motivation! Even though we may not want to work out, just doing it will alleviate worry! I can assure you that you CAN do it! Find the inner strength to be a good role model for your boy and to be healthy enough to see him through all life's trials and triumphs! Take a walk with him for some exercise.
