Loving every day!

Thursday, August 16, 2012

Things have definitely been going better for me. I feel like I have so much more energy and get so much more accomplished when I have my routine in place. One more thing that is going to help in that department is that my bf got a new job. He has been working 12 hour overnight shifts plus going to school. This messes with my schedule b/c I like to spend time with him. His new job will be a 5am-1pm schedule. This will work out much better for me. I'll be able to get up during my mornings again, get stuff done through out the day and still have plenty of time to hang out and enjoy life with my bf.

My nutrition has been doing okay, even though the day before weigh in was bad and TOM is here so this week's weigh in did not go as planned. It could have been much worse than it was. I know the fact that I have been exercising on my schedule again helped keep it in check. I am doing extremely well getting my water in daily, too.

Things are definitely looking up again.
