This is the 12th day in a row that I have got up at 4am... that includes weekends, my birthday, etc.. I have gotten up and ran 3 miles at a slow comfortable, enjoyable pace. I end with some stretch exercises. 30 leg lifts front and side ways. Some overhead stretches and Twists for my waist :) Im so proud I have never went 12 days in a row before. Im trying to teach my Body a habit!
Because Im doing it at such a good pace and not pushing myself to go fast and make myself miserable I actually look forward to when the alarm goes off. ;) This is cool!
