This is Huge! Day 12

This is the 12th day in a row that I have got up at 4am... that includes weekends, my birthday, etc.. I have gotten up and ran 3 miles at a slow comfortable, enjoyable pace. I end with some stretch exercises. 30 leg lifts front and side ways. Some overhead stretches and Twists for my waist :) Im so proud I have never went 12 days in a row before. Im trying to teach my Body a habit!
Because Im doing it at such a good pace and not pushing myself to go fast and make myself miserable I actually look forward to when the alarm goes off. ;) This is cool!

    emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon keep working at your own pace and doing what you love for activity. You will find in time that you will gain speed if that is what you desire but staying consistent at the beginning is key as well as stretching

    wow that's great!! idk how you do it, i have a hard time getting up early but i love exercising in the morning before work. I hope that habit sticks because it will do you a lot of good. :)

    Good for you! New, healthy habits are wonderful. I hear it takes at least 21 days to make something a habit that sticks - you are well on your way!
