This post is likely not of interest to anyone but me.
Goal: To lose 40 pounds by March 30, 2013 (starting August 13, 2012)
- To accurately track all food eaten every day.
- To eat within my calorie range, as set by SparkPeople, every day.
- To do 15 minutes of sun salutations first thing in the morning, at least 6 days per week.
- To complete a relaxation exercise every day.
- To complete 1 hour of exercise at least three days per week. This objective to be revised to become more detailed and specific once I have my work schedule for the semester and once I've met with a personal trainer.
- To work with a personal trainer for the next three months.
