You have to finish what you start in order to make it a full completion. I've been starting and I never really finish what I started. My mother said to me the other day. In order to make a full completion, you must start and you must finish in order to make it a completion...

Now, I'm going to share some photo.

That's who you heard in the background... And I had to rub her so she would move.
I would show her kittens, but I haven't gotten a good shot of them. Maybe when they come out. They have open their eyes, and they are so cute. I will share them in a few weeks.

Have a nice spark day, and think about what you have started.

    The dictionary defines completion as follows:

1. The act of completing
2. The state of being completed
3. Conclusion; fulfillment

We begin and begin and begin but many times we don't complete the process to reach our goals. No more! It is time to go full circle and continue the process to see each goal attained and completed. The journey really never ends as the healthy lifestyle is forever but there are goals along the way that we want or need to complete.

    Thank you, Nena! I just joined your 3-6-5 team. This is a process but I look at it as a job as well. If I don't work I don't get paid. I don't mean "job" as a full time drudgery, although sometimes when I wake up and think of what I have to do for a healthy me I wanna go back to bed LOL I am creating a new, healthy self. I'm enjoying the fruits of my work as I buy clothes in a smaller size and ditch whatever no longer fits. I've been working on my head space and am making progress. I'm working on COMPLETION!! Love you!! Mom

    Loved this Lynn. Every day is a step in my being complete. My daughter told me yesterday she wanted to see how long before I got tired of eating this way. She struggles with the fact that I do not eat a lot or that I eat fruits and veggies more without meat or carbs. A neat thing I've learned from you and Jackie. But I will not tire of this. This is me. It has been two years now and I've evolved from just eating slightly to eating fully. Meaning the foods I choose are good for me and make me feel good. Yes, there are days I may not eat as well as others. That is the balance we all have to find. But this journey has been WAY more than food. I've been in bondage to fear for many years and God has set me free. And what He has set free is free indeed. There is technically no finish line so I continue to run the good race.

That is my prayer for you and my other 365 sisters. That you will run your race and continue strong. Learning what works and leaving the rest behind. Being strong in who ya'll are and not letting anyone tear you down. emoticon

    I am so blessed that God allowed us to be friends. I love your honesty and your fresh take on things. Committed 365 has been a God send for me. You have said several things that caught me on fire and I have not let the flame go out.. I won't let the flame go out! emoticon emoticon
