i did well by evening but while going back home from work i was starving, out of hunger i bought orange cup cake, but was guilty later,
so lesson learned: be prepared, hunger makes you eat wrong kind of food
after dinner had a small bite of chocolate, but that would be 50 calories too

Food tracker
Breakfast: brown bread with sandwich spread, boiled egg and instant coffee
snack: tea + soy milk
lunch: brown rice + thai stirfry
snack: salad with peanuts and orange cake
dinner: 1 cup white rice + red curry

Sweet tracker:
orange cupcake + 1 (5 grams) eclairs candy + 2 (5 grams) coconut candies + 1 bite of chocolate

Exercise:
i was tired to go out to run, so decided to just do abs and legs workout, followed by 10 min yoga
and then went ahead with 100 jumping jacks
mission accomplished for 30 min exercise :)
