Day 2: 15th Aug and i learned my lesson

i did well by evening but while going back home from work i was starving, out of hunger i bought orange cup cake, but was guilty later,
so lesson learned: be prepared, hunger makes you eat wrong kind of food

after dinner had a small bite of chocolate, but that would be 50 calories too

Breakfast: brown bread with sandwich spread, boiled egg and instant coffee
snack: tea + soy milk
lunch: brown rice + thai stirfry
snack: salad with peanuts and orange cake
dinner: 1 cup white rice + red curry

orange cupcake + 1 (5 grams) eclairs candy + 2 (5 grams) coconut candies + 1 bite of chocolate


emoticonExercise:
i was tired to go out to run, so decided to just do abs and legs workout, followed by 10 min yoga
and then went ahead with 100 jumping jacks
mission accomplished for 30 min exercise :)

    way to go. I carry a cooler in the car in case I get hungry or thirsty. Still it looks like you were still on track

i know the feeling...Thats why I carry some almond butter packets or a protein powder sachet i can mix with milk or water and drink it or a banana..best thing..or even a pack of nuts..I have these small ziplock bags that i fill with almonds..

and I like Madhu's suggestion for kajur..I also keep dark chocolate at home..so I mix it with some raw nuts and eat it as a sweet snack..fills me up and also the raw nuts mixed with chocolate add a nice sweet taste...

One suggestion for sweet....keep dates/khajur handy. I find that these are so naturally sweet & healthy that I cannot eat more than 4 at a time. They satisfy my sweet tooth after meals.

    I agree about hunger causing problems, too easy to grab the wrong thing. I try to keep a healthy snack in my purse and/or car for those moments. I like having a handful of nuts because I find they really curb those hunger pains until I get to my next meal or snack. Good job tracking everything though so you can see just where calories go. Keep it up!
