On the road again

Well been diagnosed with Sleep Apnea. (Another reason to lose weight). I have my machine and I have been using it. It has made a difference. Now that I have some sort of energy (small as it may be) I am starting this weight loss journey once again.
I have come to realize that the crap I eat makes me feel like crap and good food will make me feel good. Let the detox begin!
And though I have known all along that I will get nowhere in this journey without excercise I have ignored my knowledge. Treadmill here I come!
Wish me luck once again on this battle. I strive to win. :>)

    I agree that regular activity is a must, but I honestly believe that losing weight is 90% about what you are putting in your mouth and only 10% about exercise.

    I am glad that you have been diagnosed and the machine is helping!

Do you find that when you eat garbage (like fast food) you just crave more of it? I do. I also find that when I eat good food, in proper portions, I actually look forward to my meals and enjoy my fruit, veggies, and lean protein. It's a win-win!
