I restarted this journey on June 1 after finally getting somewhat of a handle on the health issues I was having related to PCOS. At that time it was taking me a hour to complete 5K. I progressed through the 5K your way program on the jog/walk track 3 days a week and at this point, I am running 80% of it and it now only takes me 40 minutes.
I am seeing the inches coming off, but the big frustration has been the scale. The first couple of weeks I easily lost 5 pounds but after that the scale just.would.not.move. For two months I didn't lose so much as an ounce.
Finally, this morning, I stepped on the scale to see that I lost 2 pounds this week! Yay for 7 pounds down even if the average, non-PCOS woman would have probably lost 3 times that by now;-)
