I pretty much have been lazy. I wont lie .. Its insane. I know how to workout and loose weight but I choose not to. I do not know why. Its like I gave up on myself. Well today I am done with my negative attitude. I keep saying I need to loose weight and be healthy. I did start drinking more water and cutting out soda and sweet tea. That was so hard to do. I decided that I will not give up on myself anymore. I will workout five times a week and do workouts that make me sweat.. I love the feeling I get after a workout and I hate just sitting around. So for now on five days a week I will blog my workouts. I always say I need a workout partner but in reality I do not have to have one. I can do this on my own. It would be nice to have one but I know my hours are different. I am a stay at home mom who can just workout whenever I want. Everyone else I know works and cant just stop what they are doing. NO MORE EXCUSES !!!! I will workout because I want to LIVE MY LIFE.
