It's been a couple days since my last update; I think I'm done with the daily blogging attempt. I was seriously running out of things to say. Anyways, I'm annoyed. This month I've been logging my daily calorie differential as a challenge for one of my groups. I've also been diligent about tracking everything I ate and my exercise. Odds are good I'm off slightly, but I think it should be pretty damn close. I've been logging (mostly) sizeable differentials, and they've all been negative. One was close at -90, but even if that should have been, let's say, +150, I'm still definitely overall in the negative. I've also had two weigh ins since I started tracking everything again. At one week, -3 pounds. At two weeks, +2, for a net (so far) of -1. That's frustrating. I feel like I'm doing everything right (eating mostly well, eating mostly good amounts of things, getting good exercise) and the scale is moving in the other direction.
