I keep going back and forth trying to push myself to do more than I can. I have to remind myself, and perhaps can find a saying to post on my fridge to help me remember, that a mile every day of brisk walking will help me get to my goal. I can gradually bump up as I find 1 mile a day to easy, right? I second guess myself so much. I need to fight sugar cravings too. Give me strength! Also, tell me why when I start working out, eating better and drinking water, I gain weight before i lose. Like 5 pounds. Water weight? It frustrates me so. I am just trying to get to a healthier me. Not a size 3 because I would not look healthy that small with the frame I have. I WILL GET THERE! I CAN DO THIS!
