I had "stopped" doing exercise, I got a two weeks vacation break and that started the mess up... I just had lost my Spark, it was just tedious to exercise, I was doing it anyway, but it wasn't the same thing, I kinda of stopped some times for a couple of days, and started to eat a little bit more "not so good food"... you know "all" that I mean by that... I got to the goal for my BDay, but the next goal was (is) so far away, and I feel really good in this weight, but I'm not there yet, where I want to be...
Well I got it back, I have a new goal, I'm exercising (started last week every day), eating better and I start to feel it again, I feel the Spark, I want to do exercise, it's fun again...
