Learning to Eat at Meetings and Out

Half a large sandwich or wrap. No potato salad or living dangerously, one scoop. Potato salad is a binge food for me, so to have just a half scoop is amazing. Especially at a high stress event.
Salad instead of fries or fancy cheeses. Dessert I don't eat, so no accomplishment there.
But this is a BIG breakthrough.
Now to work on not eating after 8 o'clock.
