Tomorrow, I'll start my day in the pool, at 8:00 a.m., after I've done my
M.S. stretching exercises, and had my whey protein shake. After 90 minutes
doing the front crawl, I will make myself two natural peanut butter sandwiches,
with fresh blueberries, put right in the sandwich. Usually, I have a nice Lunch,
after my shower. In the afternoon, I'll probably do some aerobic folk-dancing,
in the spirit of Folklorama. After Dinner, I'll go for a walk, with friends. If it is
raining, we'll walk indoors, on the Mezzanine.
