I LOVE you with RED hair! HOTNESS!!!!!

Ok, I have a thing for red heads.. :O)

I think you should look into planning your meals. Make stuff ahead of time (if you don't play on Pinterest, you should! You can find AMAZING ideas on there) and then you can grab and go if needed.

Or like Jacob and I, we sit down look through our cook books and my pins on my Food board on pinterest and find things we're interested in eating, and pick out meals, and then right down all the ingredients we need for them, and then put together a grocery list. (I shop for 2 weeks at a time) And then we decide what we want the day before we make it, and take the meat out of the freezer (if needed) so it can thaw and be ready for the next day.

Planning makes things easier. And also have portioned snacks. Like a string cheese, or a apple. A small snack pack of chips. If you buy a big bag of chips, check out the portion size, and come home and break it down into baggies by portion size, then it's harder to over eat.
