Today is day 3 of my new journey. I have tracked almost all of my food and did pretty good. I know I went over my calories but I didn't eat anything really unhealthy. I had promissed myself that I would walk either every day or every other day. So far the only day I have done that is on Sunday. I am planning on going to a longer walk tomorrow and may if the weather permits, I'll walk on my lunch hour. I know I have all the tools I need, I just have to put them to work.
