My guardian exercise buddy

It has been a wonderful weather day here in west TN. High was 84 degrees, a gentle breeze from the north, humidity only at 57% ... Just wonderful!! I turned off the ac off and opened the windows and have been listening to the birds and the bugs all day.
Well as the sun set it got cooler and I have been thinking I should just go out side and walk. Just a short one. 7 and a half minutes one way then back to the house. It's nice and cool ..... listen to the bugs and the birds ......
So I asked hubby and he said that I should just walk in the back yard .... just in case it's to much for me. I agree so I head back to the bedroom to find some shoes and what do I hear? But my neighbor mowing his yard. Yeah I know that's not that big of a deal. But here in TN we are having a little thing called a "drought" and it has turned most of the grass brown. So all he is really doing is blowing the dust around.
Now this mono thing has attached it self to my lungs and throat ...... So I have problems with dust ..... A LOT of problems with dust. So fine I won't walk, I will do my Tai Chi that I have been saying that I will do all day.
It's really a good thing my neighbor was mowing his yard. I don't think I would have been able to walk for the 15 minutes outside with all of the other stuff that is in the air. I feel like somebody is squeezing my throat and chest just from the Tai Chi.
So I'm really glad that I have a "guardian exercise buddy." I have a busy day Saturday at church then we have to be there at 8 Sunday and my daughter has to go take a school test on Monday morning ..... So yeah I'm glad I got a guardian exercise buddy.

    Becky that is really great. I know we have guardian angels all around us...I know for sure I do. I'm glad to hear that you are doing Tai Chi. I haven't tried that yet, but I know Yoga really helps me. emoticon

    Our weather in Kentucky has been gorgeous also. Keep listening to your guardian exercise buddy. I'm sorry you are still so limited by the flair up of your illness. Tai Chi is so good for you though. Limber bones, limber muscles, limber mind, limber attitude.
