After reading a member's blog, I went in search of a way to get a really good, accurate count of calories being burned doing certain exercises.

I know Spark has them on here, but it's not as accurate as putting in your own height, weight, age, etc and getting a better count and knowing where you are with your personal exercise routines.

After looking at a bunch of them, I find this one to be my personal favorite. Ease of use and having so many different exercises to choose from, plus anything from light to very vigorous is a bonus.

It also gives you more accurate BMI information.

Just thought I'd share this with all of you in case you'd like to try using it yourselves.

The Self site points out that as you lose weight, you burn less calories so you may have to up your game.

" Keep in mind that as you lose weight, you'll burn slightly fewer calories. "

For some reason, I always thought you burn more calories as you build more lean muscle. something to check into.

  Thanks for posting!

I do that Richard Simmons tape! It's a classic...and ridiculously fun. Haha that motorcycle scene .... I just....I don't think it burns that much calories though unless you're really really adding some modified intensities to the dance moves. To burn 630 calories in 50 minutes you would have to keep like a 6.4~ mph pace. That's tough.
