Those of you that have followed my blog know that over 3 months ago I had tried Insanity and did it for about 2 1/2 weeks. Well today I decided to be adventurous and try it again. So I re-did the fitness test tonight. I will say that I was surprised of how well I did even though my back has been hurting. So here is my update:
Switch Kicks: 60 82 increase of 12
Power Jacks: 22 30 increase of 8
Power Knees: 69 75 increase of 6
Power Jumps: 10 20 increase of 10
Globe Jumps: 4 6 increase of 2
Suicide Jump: 4 6 increase of 2
Push up jacks: 3 11 increase of 8
Spider Man Plank: 10 30 increase of 20
I did modify some of the exercises just to make sure I didn't cause more pain on my back. I am going to try and do this regularly. I may not do Insanity every day but I will do it the best that I can.
