Greek yogurt--one ingredient, so many possibilities!

I recently (about three weeks ago) "discovered" Greek yogurt, and what a time I've had since then! I use it as a substitute for sour cream on tacos (and instead of dressing on taco salad), perogies and baked potatoes. I've mixed it with herbs and dip mixes to make veggie dip. And I've combined 3/4 cup with a tbsp or two of low-calorie jam to cure a sweet craving.
I have never come across such a versatile ingredient that was also diet-friendly. The best part about it, is one serving (3/4 cup) contains only 100 calories, 0 grams of fat and 18 grams of protein!!
When I started tracking my nutrition on SparkPeople, I discovered that I wasn't getting enough protein in my diet. Problem solved with the Greek yogurt! And
it's oh so creamy!
