The last few days have been going fairly well. I have been moving, and tracking my food.
My mother in law has been visiting for the past almost 3 weeks .. She leave on Wednesday, We will be sad to see her leave , will be a year before she is up again, and her visit has been great as always.
The kids start school on Wednesday next week. I have to shop for school for them. Boe will be in 11th , Gabe 8th and Dani in 4th grades this year. Dani is excited bout going this year again.
I also have wrote out a family daily schedule and it have workout times for me and my hubby. I hope that will help keep me on track again.
I want to do better this year than I did with a loss of 28lbs between Sept and Dec .. and this year I will not go on a medication that can cause me to gain it all back. That was a big part in me getting upset and slacking off.
I did some YSF2012 today will WIO later. So I can get more time in fitness wise today. emoticon
