I am now positive that I will win my battle with fast food.
It has been over 4 months since I stopped using fast food on a daily basis!
Once I realized the amount of processed and fatty foods I was consuming, I started cooking my own food again using some of the tasty and healthier Sparkpeoplerecipes.com, fresh or frozen vegetables, leaner meats, low fat dairy and fresh fruits!
No More Fast Food!!
