New morning routine

I have a new morning routine and I am loving the results!! As soon as I wake up I crank out 2 sets of crunches, 20 reps, alternating with lying leg lifts. Last week I was doing 2 sets of lying leg lifts with 20 reps, this week due to sore muscles I am hitting 15 reps and I have to stop. All without leaving my bed!
Lot's of new changes happening and I am proud to say that I am doing well with them, emotionally and physically.
Tomorrow is my last day for my kettle bell challenge and I am doing awesome!!
Sorry it is blurry, I am a little emotional today (above mentioned changes), this is my work clothes and yup this is what I am wearing when I do my kettle bell swings. You should have seen my co-workers face when he walked in and saw me swing my kettle bell!!
